It was unusually warm for a late January day in our parts. Warm enough to turn off the heater and actually open the windows and doors for some FRESH air. Samantha kept commenting on how she heard the birds chirping outside which was so cute. I also noticed the birds chirping and it really made me long for spring to arrive. I can’t wait to constantly have the breeze blowing through our home, nice walks and outdoor play, and not worrying about catching the plague anytime we leave the house. I hate the sick season. I try not to be a germaphobe but I sometimes can’t help it.

Samantha was also a little antsy so I tried out a pinterest find I pinned the other day. You line up some playdoh and stick pasta noodles in each one. Then have your child thread fruit loops. It’s a great way to have them color sort. Samantha was deep in thought and it occupied her for at least 15 minute. Not bad!
