I’m done!!!!!! It only took me a whole year (see part 1), but I finished Samantha’s Christmas stocking which will hopefully last her as long as mine has lasted me. I’m so thrilled with how it turned out. Seeing an idea come to fruition is so neat! It’s definitely “homemade”. If Samantha ever gets into crafting as much as I am or more, she’ll notice the areas that’s aren’t perfect. But sometimes the homemade look is what gives it it’s charm. I under estimated how challenging it is not having a pattern. Those stocking kits are nice because they provide all the stuffing, colored thread, and any other item you need for a stocking. When you do it on the whim it’s not as convenient. But still lots of fun!

My dear Samantha, I hope you enjoy your stocking as much as I enjoyed making it for you with all my heart!
