While cleaning the apartment I had a nice lunch break at Panera. I brought my Real Simple magazine with me and found this great ravioli recipe. All it was was cheese raviolis. While they cook, in a separate skillet you saute shallots, garlic, halved grape tomatoes, 1 cup of dry white wine, and 2 to 3 table spoons of butter. Once the sauce and raviolis are done just transfer the raviolis to the skillet to the sauce and combine. I like to top it off with parsley and freshly grated Parmesan cheese. It was amazing. I made garlic bread and a salad too and viola! Dinner is served.
Today I stopped by the Sprinkles cupcake store in Newport Beach and picked up some cupcakes for Brad and I as well as a little puppy cupcake for the dog. I know it’s kind of ridiculous to get one for the dog, but I couldn’t help myself.
